Claud Chabo will always aim to dispatch orders asap, usually the same day if received before 12 pm, otherwise within 24-48 hours. Your order will be sent via Courier or Australia Post.

Generally, Australia-wide deliveries will be received within 3-5 business days of the order. Please be mindful that Australia Post may experience delays from time to time due to heavy demands.

If you choose curbside pickup, you are welcome to come to 6 Maxwell Rd, Forest Lodge NSW 2037, during regular business hours Monday to Friday, 9 am-5 pm. We’ll bring your order out to the curb while your car is running for a fast drive-through experience.

We will have your purchase ready for you to pick up 24-48 hours after payment has been confirmed. Please call us on 0402936264 to let us know approximately when you will be arriving.

Same-day pick-up may be possible if you call or email us at contact@claudchabo.com.au after your order has been processed.

If you choose the curbside pick-up, please contact us regarding collection within 3-5 days of the order. Orders not collected within this time may be returned to stock and refunded, less a fee.
